Improving Access to Care 
PCN Event

We would like to invite you to an upcoming patient outreach event on 15th September 2026, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, where we will be discussing the recent survey sent to patients to gather your feedback on access to services within your GP Practice.

 

Your feedback is extremely important to us. It helps us understand your experiences, identify areas where improvements can be made, and ensure that future services are designed around the needs of our patients and local community.

 

We are pleased to have partnered with Brent Beacon Primary Care Network to open this event to patients registered with GP practices across the Kilburn Neighbourhood. This means that patients from participating practices in the local area are welcome to attend and contribute their views.
