Submitting a Complaint to Kilburn Primary Care Co-Op

In the rare event, that you wish to make a formal complaint about the service that you have received from Kilburn Primary Care Co-Op, you will need to email us We will aim to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days, and invite you to discuss the complaint and then plan a way forward.

Patient Surveys

We are keen to get your feedback in order to review all of our services and implement patient suggestions about how we can make any necessary improvements. 

We have different Survey's for our Services. Please contact if you would like to receive a text message with the patient survey for either our Access Hub Service or our CPMG Service.
