Dementia Care Kilburn - 'Striving to make Kilburn dementia friendly'
The project aims to improve the quality of life for people living with dementia, their families and carers by making Kilburn a ‘Dementia Friendly’ area in Brent.
We understand that there are many reasons why people may delay seeking help about their memory, but through Dementia Care Kilburn we hope to raise awareness and understanding of dementia, bust some of the myths associated and help to improve access to support and advice.
