Delivered from across 4 GP practices in Kilburn, we now offer patients on warfarin routine anticoagulation monitoring closer to home. 

 

The aim of the service is to offer patients the opportunity to have their warfarin routinely managed by their own GP at a time and place that is more convenient. This near-patient testing service avoids the need for patients to travel to hospital for lengthy appointments. 

 

The anticoagulation service is provided in accordance with NICE and NPSA Guidelines.
